Fix Your Search Results is a provider of services designed to improve the reputation of individuals and businesses by improving search engine results for Fix Your Search Results clients. User accounts with Fix Your Search Results are subject to compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below. Under the terms of this agreement, your signing up for an account with Fix Your Search Results is an acknowledgement that you have read and understood this agreement, and that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should not proceed to create a Fix Your Search Results account.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fix Your Search Results from any and all liability, penalties, losses, damages, costs, expenses, attorneys' fees, causes of action or claims caused by or resulting indirectly from your use of the service which damages either you, Fix Your Search Results, or any other party or parties without limitation or exception. This indemnification and hold harmless agreement extends to all issues associated with your account.

Fix Your Search Results, through a variety of techniques, guarantees that search engine results that reflect negatively on you (or the company named during sign up) shall not appear on, at a minimum, the first two pages of search engine results pages for searches made on your name (or on the company named during sign up). A search engine results page is defined as the ten links that appear on a page returned by a search engine in response to a search request. While you can expect to see some positive results within 30 days of starting service with Fix Your Search Results, complete results of negative information being moved down to the third page (or farther down) of search results is not guaranteed for up to six months. If after six months from sign up negative search results have not been moved beyond the first two pages of search results, Fix Your Search Results shall, upon your request, refund the full amount of the monies paid at sign up.

Under no circumstances shall Fix Your Search Results be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages that result in any way from your use of or inability to use the service.

Fix Your Search Results reserves the right to monitor any and all communications through or with our facilities or through facilities Fix Your Search Results makes use of. You agree that Fix Your Search Results is not considered a "secure communications medium" for the purposes of the ECPA, and that no expectation of privacy is afforded.

You agree that you as the person legally responsible for use of this account, are at least 18 years of age. You also agree that you are an authorized user of any credit card account or PayPal account that you use to submit payment to us and agree that we have an obligation to fully investigate any possible fraudulent payment acts.

You agree that the security of your account password is solely your own responsibility. You further agree that if you believe that your account password has been compromised in any way, you will notify Fix Your Search Results immediately via email to support@fixyoursearchresults.com. You shall be held fully responsible for any misuse or compromise to your account for which Fix Your Search Results is not properly notified.

Signing up for service with Fix Your Search Results requires a one-time payment of $179 US Dollars for services. This payment is considered payment in full for services for one account. Fix Your Search Results will not charge or invoice you set up fees, monthly fees, or any other fee beyond this one-time initial sign up payment.

This agreement supersedes any written, electronic, or oral communication you may have had with Fix Your Search Results or any agent or representative thereof, and constitutes the complete and total agreement between the parties.

By creation of an account, or continuing to maintain an account, with Fix Your Search Results, you are stating and acknowledging that you have read the aforementioned terms and conditions and that you understand such terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
